Uh, for President Obama and First Lady to fly to New York for a dinner date would push that limit. Factor in Secret Service cost, Air Force One cost, et al.

They were shopping for a meal and entertainment.

No apology necessary.

what happens when increased competition is able to provide a servide or produce much cheaper? You have 2 outcomes, either the competition are somehow able to lower their costs or....they go out of business
