I may get frustrated to the point I make my self sick, but I KNOW that he's gonna take care of me. I am to the point where I can't FEEL, I just KNOW that God is there and He DOES care for me and He KNOWS where I am!!!!

I can say that with assurance because that's what He's been telling me. I was so upset the other day, and said (actually screamed) "God you've got to give me a word," and I opened the Bible and it fell to the 40th chapter of Isaiah. I was sooooo whacked out that I didn't realize what chapter I was reading and got to the 31st verse.....They they WAIT on the Lord SHALL renew their strength, they SHALL mount up with wings as eagles, they SHALL run and not be weary, they SHALL walk and not faint.

SHALL mean it WILL happen. It may not be happening right now, but it WILL come to pass.

Rhoni, hold to that scripture. Don't let anyone or anything detract you from HIS purpose. HIS purpose is ALL that really matters. You are here for HIS purpose, not yours.

REST in HIM and HIS purpose.

Trust in the Lord with all thine heart and lean not to thine own understanding and He shall direct they path.

Love ya girl, just felt like the Lord wanted me to say that to ya. I hope it helps. Feel free to pm and I'll give you my number if you need to talk.
Sis. CS,

You've been an angel. Thank-you for the 'word' from God...he always confirms what he tells me first through another that I trust!
I appreciate the offer to counsel but won't the DR. get miffed?

Love & Blessings, Rhoni

He said we all enjoy cacations where you get to stay in a hotel room that you don't have to clean, eat meals you don't have to prepare, etc but after that week or two you start missing home.

In life home is our usual state where we are simultaneously juggling things that make us happy, things that make us sad, things that bring us joy, and things that stress us out.

I think when we get impatient and frustrated is when it seems that the stressful and sad things get out of balance with the good things and appear to dominate our lives for an extended period of time.
EXACTLY! Thanks for the perspective CC1

Rhoni,

I've enjoyed this thread, simply because we all feel this way sometimes. Are you transitioning with your job? Seems I remember you asking for prayer about that a while back.

Just curious as to what others think?

I think we are to fight for that which is truth and right~

The job I was doing and I didn't fit...I do not believe in medication and hospitalization except as a last resort. I have applied for many other "Counseling" jobs which are more preventative. I am waiting to hear about a private practice that needs another LPC. They told me they would contact me int he next week for details.

The transition is that I have to market my skills...do some presenting to schools, churches, and Physician's offices. Good thing I have an extensive background in retail to help with the marketing, and an extensive backgorund in people ministry to connect with the community!

Still waiting for God to open the right door for me to wlk through...and He's still working on me.

Thank-you for asking ILG!

Love & Blessings, Rhoni

Dear Cupcake,

I think that there is a time to fight and a time to stand back and let God fight for us. The steps of a righteous man are ordered of the Lord...I think for me, the time has come to stand still and see the salvation of the Lord!

Blessings, Rhoni
