Im far from being UPC. However if DB teaches Acts 2:38 as the full New Testament standard of salvation that is to be commended in my book.
Now there are many other things they need to be corrected on but in that arena they are defenders and proclaimers of truth.
Agree on both points. I think in DB's, In Search of Holiness, he mentions the scripture - Matt 5:36 "Neither shalt thou swear by thy head, because thou canst not make one hair white or black." He elaborates on the point of not dying the hair.
So, really, I think that scripture was taken out of context. It is actually speaking of things that are beyond our control.
