My main image of the "bun" hairstyle are of all the women with the big poofs in front and the tight bun in the back. The "pentecostal poof" if you will.
Honestly, I really dislike almost anything that I associate with that time in my life. There are even about a dozen song-service songs that make me immediately feel sick to my stomach when I hear them.
No poof for my Mrs.Sorry you had such a bad experience in UPC, I did too the Pastor we had is currently backslid.Thats why I went Ind. in my teens.
I need to go through the photo folders where my daughters have taken photos at various youth activities and let The Mrs do some editing where faces can't be identified and show some of the hairstyles...
