Just curious, is everyone in your church as conservative as you are? Because I know a lot of ultra-conservatives, and most of them aren't even as conservative as you.

Thanks for the response, when I grew up in UPC these things were preached from the pulpit namely : fairs, bowling alley's Movies, going to the beach. Things have changed through the years.There are differences among people and personalities and practices.I guess a lot of the convictions I have stem from the fact that I saw a lot of "drift" in my youth.... and I'm the father of 4 children and I'm responsible for teaching them Godly Principles. My wife came from a VERY Conservative background ( closed toe shoes, no red) so I have never had a problem with her.

The house is nicer in person than the pictures! We are in love with it! We're going to try to come as a family every other year and stay at the same place. I think it'll be great to have the memories once the grandkids start coming to taking vacation together here. The third floor has two (full size) bunkbeds for kids! So, the house can sleep up to 18 people. There are five (king size) bedrooms!!! It's beautiful and the pool is so nice to have - - totally private!

We went out on the beach at sunset last night and there are very few people around - it's going to be a perfect week!

Thank goodness it's sunny! The weather is going to be ideal this time of the year!

Lacey, we are renting it (off season price too)!!!
