Ok, these pictures made me cry (surprise, surprise!). The people are so beautiful!! That old gentleman got to me too. Wow! What a great response to your meetings.

I can't believe how hot it was. Are there cooler seasons or is it like that all the time?

Awesome!!!! I prayed for you guys while you were gone. Apparently the heat didn't do you in! Praise God. The pics are excellent and remind me so much of prior trips to India! Those people are so hungry for what we can teach them! Way to go, Keith and Elizabeth!!!! May you have many more fruitful trips!!!

It is traditonal, going back to the early days of missions work by the Presbyterians and the Christian Alliance, they taught the head covering in church etc. so they continue to do it in worship, when I pray for the ladies in their homes, they will hurry and put it on.

This picture needs to be matted and framed!!! I'd hate to let go of the color, but I keep seeing a black and white in a silver frame.

Yes their winter is quite cooler, we were there in January last year and it was bearable.

I think Americans have to be very careful before going, I would not recommend May at all, 116 and 120 is too extreme- I would hate for anything to happen to anyone.

We were outside for the baptisms and it was 116, and then we got back into a hot car. We drove back to the conference site and Keith asked to go back to the hotel- I am glad he did that, I was really worried about him. He is a big Irish man who isn't built for that kind of heat-

But I was left at the conference site to speak to the ladies, which I do not mind doing at all. But let me tell you I put on my game face and did it, in spite of feeling quite hot- but when I was done I asked to go back to hotel myself and miss the evening service. ( I only had 15 minuets between sessions)

When I got back to the hotel at 6pm I went to bed and slept until 6am! Heat takes it's toll.

I do not know if I want to go back in May again! Oh well I still love traveling and glad we went!

I wanted to show that even the folks outside were listening to the conference as well.

But I also thought it was a little funny too- I have another picture I took of Keith seen through the window. Makes me laugh a little when I look at it!

Thank you for your prayers! When you go somewhere like India you need all the prayer support you can get.

I do appreciate these people and it is a blessing to be able to among them and minister to them.

Out of all our mission trips I think this one had the best results as far as converts and new churches added- I praise God for that!
