A true move of God moves people for reasons they cannot grasp.

The absence of said revival requires a contract to be signed to keep the very leaders of the church in order.

Very true, D4T. It's the need or perceived need of such a contract that is rather sad. However, that doesn't place the fault for the contract on the shoulders of the leadership requesting the agreement alone. It also places a lot of blame on the shoulders of uncommitted saints who need to be asked to *promise* they will be Christians at all times.
