Re: How long did it take you to vote?

We vote at a small precinct -around 900 people. We went to vote at around 9:30 we were in and out in 5 minutes. They did tell us that they had already voted 200 people by9:30. We thought that was a real good turnout.

Re: How long did it take you to vote?

I live near a small town (5 miles away) in the country.

I early voted Saturday.

The tiny little school house was packed, double lines up and down 4 hallways and back out into the parking lot.

It took 1 hr 15 min to get through the line. The actual voting took me about 4 min.

Re: How long did it take you to vote?

No line no waiting at 1:30 pm, I just walked in and voted. There was one free "booth" at that time; others were occupied.

My husband went at 8am and he waited 45 min.
The actual ballot took about 5 minutes.

Re: How long did it take you to vote?

I took part in early voting a couple weeks ago and I went about 1400 on the first opening day and I waited about thirty minutes.

LOL!!! Me, too. Actually, more like 30 second drive...each way.

I waited about 5 minutes in line, took me another 5 or so to vote. Easy as pie!!! Went to Starbucks afterward.

Now I have the energy to stay up and watch the election results.

Re: How long did it take you to vote?

I had a brilliant idea to be first at the polls at 6am this morning.

Seems everyone else in town had the same idea. I waited 20 minutes!

Re: How long did it take you to vote?

30 seconds in line... 20 seconds to select candidates...

BUT...Then it took me another minute to figure out how to get out of the voting booth!!! LOL!

In years' past, the curtains automatically opened when I hit the "VOTE" button. Not the case today... I had to dig my way out!!! I was getting scared in there!! Thought I was locked in! I was beginning to wonder if they weren't going to let me out unless I changed my selections!!! LOL!

Delaware...
