(1) Why can't white people view this election as encouragement for a resurgence of racism????
95% of blacks are planning on voting for Obama! That's not racism?
(2) Does this mean that 95% of blacks support Obama's plans for this country, which will complete the work begun by communist infiltrators in the 1940s?????????
(3) Are whites now justified to hold the same opinion of contempt for blacks that they hold for communist agitators/sympathizers/organizers???????
Just asking
(1) White people SHOULD NOT view the election of Sen. Obama as President because they are the ones who will elect him, along with the Blacks, Asian, Native Americans, Hispanics and everyone who are voting as a referendum of the current Admin.
Blacks make up less than 15% of the population. The average Black person that votes are predictably Democrat anyway so this is not about race only.
(2) No. Neither do I believe in MOST of the conspiracy theories floating around out there.
Our current President is laying the foundation for Communism-- initialing the Government "rescue" of businesses in a way unprecedented. Have you heard that Secretary Paulson now wants to use government money to buy up homes in foreclosure? That to me is a scary path to go down.
All this is happening on the Republican watch.
(3) No. But is this a serious question? Should I hold Whites in contempt for all of the PROVEN white spies and true treasonous people who have been caught and convicted?
Yeah, this is a SURE way to help encourage racial diversity within the Republican Party!
Those idiots make this Republican proud!!!
I don't make any excuses those comments. They are deplorable and unfortunate.
But you seem to be implying these comments are motivated by racism.
Why do we have to inject race into this?
Maybe they just have a problem with Socialists.
The man was once a member of the socialist New Party. That by itself is reason for him not to be elected. No member or former member of a socialist party should be anywhere near the Oval Office, much less sit IN the Oval Office.

1399 you know as long as it's the Republican form of socialism either by McCain or Bush, it's ok.

But OH, how dare Palin raise any issue to his qualifications, and if he is not elected there will be rioting in the streets, for the Republicans will have stolen one more election.
I don't think there will be rioting in the streets, if Sen. Obama loses, especially if it is a landslide like I think it will be.
But when Sen. Obama wins, the cities will rejoice!

I found the question to be kinda strange myself... and a little disturbing.

So will the terrorist group Hamas. They've already said they prefer Obama.
When terrorists make a point of telling us who they prefer to become our next president, it makes one wonder why.

When Bill Clinton ran for President, and the economy was not nearly as bad as it is today, were there folks accusing him of treason, chanting to "kill him" or cut his head off?
Follow the link below, go to the 3rd paragraph in the article.
It is common knowledge that there are a significant amount of voters who are not going to vote for Sen. Obama because of his race.
So how can I watch this stuff, read this stuff, and just rule out race as being a factor?
And I am a registered Republican!
If I wasn't, and I saw what I saw on tv in DC today, it would be easy for an objective Black person to think, at least initially, that this is representative of the Republican party.
Especially if Sen McCain or Gov. Palin does not condemn this stuff.
Even then, these kind of incidents only reinforce commonly held stereotypes about the Republican party.
Ask any objective Black person you know-- if they have heard about these incidents, ask them if they think race a part, maybe even a major part, in all of this displayed hatred.

It made me wonder too. But there are a variety of reasons as to why they would prefer Sen. Obama. Sure his name has Arabic roots, but he is also a Deomcrat. After 8 years of this Admin., many folks around the world are hoping for a "regime" change.
Sen. McCain does not represent that change. Sen. Obama does, for many people, for many different reasons.

You're assuming racial bias when it's difficult if not impossible to prove.
People hated Clinton, People hated Clinton (yes, some have accused him of treason), People hate Bush this very day... and have said some hateful things about these men, including wishing them death. The hatred was based on their politics and policies, not their race. Why is it if a group of people say similar things about Obama it's got to be about race?
Is this what we have to expect if Obama becomes president...? Anyone who criticized him will be doing so because of his race?
Yes, race is a factor lurking in the background in the minds of some voters.
But how can you assume that a group of people saying hateful things about a candidate are saying it because of his race, if they dont specifically say anything regarding race?
