Re: Morning After Pill? Sin? Abortion? Contracepti
The placenta acts as a maternal-fetal exchange system. Nutrients from the mother's blood pass across the placenta to the fetal blood. Waste products in the fetal blood pass across the placenta to the mother's blood. Occasionally, some blood cells also cross, usually during delivery when the placenta begins to separate from the uterus. If the mother and infant have different blood types, this can cause several problems. Rh incompatibility may cause the Rh- mother to have problems carrying future RH+ pregnancies to term. ABO incompatibilities can cause jaundice in the newborn so severe that a blood transfusion is required for the infant.
Hope that helps a little bit....

Ok. Here are some pregnancy calendars I pulled up. By week 5, the heart begins to beat. Sometime during the first 4 weeks (and a note...but a woman is actually not even pregnant until about week 2 of that, ovulation occurs approximately 2 weeks after the last menstrual cycle, so it's really happening in week 3 and 4 of the 40 week pregnancy) the heart and circulation system have already formed. It's primitive, but it's there.

Yep, and a fall or car accident that may cause the placenta to separate partially before birth can cause problems too.

Of course they share blood, the female zygote contains all of the DNA information from the mother, and has a compatible blood type with the mother.

Re: Morning After Pill? Sin? Abortion? Contracepti
The fertilized egg contains chromosomes that are lining up, dividing, and are acting on directives from the DNA to form the systems that make up a human being. The embryo, implanted or not satisfies every definition of life.
The morning after pill, RU486, IUDs (which scrape the uterine wall, thereby terminating an impanted embryo and the pregnancy) are all abortion.
I don't care what, "SOME," may say.

My heart breaks for those who struggle and try and try and even are surprised with news but disappointed weeks later not to be able to have a child or more than one child. It is disgusting how people just throw away precious treasure.
Barak Obama believes that unwanted children are a punishment. I hope he is judged harshly for this.

I nominate this for the cute little post of the day.

Re: Morning After Pill? Sin? Abortion? Contracepti
Infants actually are more commonly the father's blood type rather than the mother's.
However, every single person has within their cells mitochondrial DNA. This mitochondrial DNA comes from the mother. Your mother's mitochondrial DNA came from her mother. And on back through time. The mitochondria is the "powerhouse" of the cell. It makes the adenosine triphosphate that the cell uses for energy in all its other functions.

What is worse? The FOOL, or the FOOLS who follow him??
What is worse? The FOOL who is a liar, or the FOOLS who willingly believe the lies?
