If she did seek prayer and guidance, and he revealed it to the press, it's unethical. If she did so, and either gave him permission or requested that he leak it to the press--it's still unethical (for him to participate).
I doubt he is lying about it, simply because it is easily verifiable.
I agree, but I just don't see the real benefit of intentionally leaking this. If that is the case they need to hire new strategist ASAP.

I'm not saying that she is not tough, but the environment that she is in now is a vastly different environment. I know many tough people from "the hood" who wouldn't necessarily do well in every other tough situation conceivable. I heard someone talking about Fulsom prison say that they were accustomed to always being the big fish and it was a culture shock when they got there and realized that they were surrounded by sharks. That analogy is true in other scenarios too.
This is true, but any local or state politics is tough. But you are right, I don't know if Obama or Palin are really ready for the respective jobs.

She should have talked to a Licensed professional counselor who is bound by ethics of the licensure. For sure if it was leaked to the media...the counselor would be out of a job. That is why you never tell Pastors anything

Maybe some of you are being too hard on Rick Warren.
I don't see where he revealed anything that's all that personal. If she looks to him as a spiritual guide in her life, and calls on him for advice, I don't see why it's such a breach of confidence for him to say that.
Besides, maybe she doesn't mind people knowing she speaks to him. I see no indication that she's upset what he said; so if she's not bothered by it, why should I be?

I personally think that Sarah Palin is not unlike Esther...she has been prepared for such a time as this, and we Pentecostals need to be her armour bearers. She is not fighting as the world fights...she is not as worldly as all that...but God will give her wisdom is we all pray for her.
