I'm not sure about her. She was on the city council of some Alaskan city... And now she's been governor of Alaska less than 2 years. I think her resume is pretty thin.
McCain probably would just pick her as a strategic move, to pick up the women-for-Hillary vote.
Romney or Charlie Crist would have been better choices.
Works for me! The McCain / Palin ticket is the reverse of the Obama one. Obama is the novice and his running mate is the vetreran while the opposite is true with McCain and Palin.
I would much rather have the person on the top of the ticket be the one with experience. The VP can gain it while in office.
I also am a strong believe that Governors make better Presidents and VP's as they have executive experience.

"We did not wear uniforms. The lady workers dressed in the current fashions of the day, ...silks...satins...jewels or whatever they happened to possess. They were very smartly turned out, so that they made an impressive appearance on the streets where a large part of our work was conducted in the early years.
"It was not until long after, when former Holiness preachers had become part of us, that strict plainness of dress began to be taught.
"Although Entire Sanctification was preached at the beginning of the Movement, it was from a Wesleyan viewpoint, and had in it very little of the later Holiness Movement characteristics. Nothing was ever said about apparel, for everyone was so taken up with the Lord that mode of dress seemingly never occurred to any of us."

Geraldine Maserati. She had the race card pulled on her really good this political year. I thought it was funny to see a major Dem done the way they normally do Republicans.
She happened to mention that Obama would not have gotten as far as he had at that time (early spring) if he had not been black and she was blasted as racist for making an analyitical observation.
