I found a quote online where Rick Warren said homosexuality isn't the "worst sin." I take that to mean that it is a sin like any other sin. But he didn't say that it isn't sin.
Their church also offers programs that are intended to help homosexuals overcome their sinful behavior. Why would they offer such a program if they didn't believe deliverance was needed?
Also, in one place Rick Warren references "Christian homosexuals", but that refers to people who struggle with homosexual temptation. I'm not sure how I feel about that concept, BUT that in no way shows that Rick Warren believes a person can be saved while practicing homosexuality.
So what direct quotes or evidence do you have to the contrary? Unsupported opinions by other people don't count.

I think it's great, if he's actually preaching his Mama's sermons (or his father's). It shows that he is sticking to his heritage.
