Down here in Mississippi we batter and deep fry everything from Twinkies to Snickers Bars to Corn on the Cob to Bacon... Yes, I have actually eaten battered and deep fried bacon... It is Heavenly!!! I suppose that may have something to do with us ranking in at # 1...

Well, anyway, they were just bad. I would break the tart rule for any type of cheesecake from The Cheesecake Factory.
There is a cheesecake shop about 15 miles from here. It ranks right up there with good chocolate to me. Delicious.

Do not knock what you haven't tried. I went to Graceland a number of years ago and bought a fried Peanut Butter & Banana Sandwich and WOW! It was love at first bite. I've actually made them in my own home now for a treat. DELICIOUS! The King of Rock & Roll knew what good food was all about, that's for sure.

Recipe:

Simply mash your banana in a bowl, then spread it on a piece of bread. On the other piece of bread spread your Peanut Butter. Then in a skillet with melted butter, grill it on both sides until it is lightly golden brown. The peanut butter and banana will be melted inside and oh, my goodness...
