Honestly I expect more out of myself but am probably harder on others when they screw up. When I screw up I know all the reasons why and all my good intentions, when they screw up all I see is they screwed up.

I am a Choleric by nature & I am a pusher by nature, push to attain high standards, push to be the best you can be, push to get things done.

Some of that is good, but it has to be tempered!
God and myself are still working on that!

First of all, I dont analyze me that much. I am what i am.

As for others, I work from the belief that we each have to make our own way in this world.

Life is much more simple when I dont obsess over things I cannot change and when i dont worry about what other people may or may not be doing.
