I know, lol but yeast is the major energy drainer.
The only "person" I can say drains my energy is my girl friend.
 
That is a pretty accurate depiction....

I tell them to stop focusing on negative aspects of this generation. And that they shouldn't be so concerned with the standards!!!

I know what you are saying dude!
What drains me? Seriously, sugar really drains me.... Gotta stay away from it. I also keep my energy level up with lots of vitamins and daily work outs! I see a big difference in my energy levels when I don't work out. I usually work out or walk every day. I went last week without doing anything because of rain and also traveling and I could tell it big time. i did not want to do anything...

Hey Mr.Mark, do you take all this info and apply it to studies you are doing or something like that? 
For me, when dealing with negative people, I usually take a detour in the conversation and turn it around for them to see the positive. One thing I have noticed is that, if you jump on the band wagon with someone who is complaining, then both of ya will end up sour....
Usually when I point out the good, they either change and come around to a more positive way of thinking or they walk away because they really don't want to be uplifted....
