There are several things that can cause the slow down.

1.) High internet activity.

2.) Server hosting problems. (including maintenance)

3.) Bandwidth intensive program running.

As far as I can tell, there is nothing that we can do about it. We have way enough bandwidth, and should run with no problems. And there shouldn't be any programs running that would cause it.

This morning I was singing the Mr Rogers song to aggrivate my slowly rising children. My oldest said it was NOT a beautiful day LOL... I said well it is in someones world... His comment was... If that's the case, then we can assume it's the hosting company, as I'm pretty sure we are with the same one as GNC.

We were just switched over to a new host, so they may still be working bugs out.
