I agree with everything he says here....
Last year while vacationing down the East Coast. I turned on one of the Christian networks...All I heard for 2 straight hours was this false gospel...it made me want to vomit! We don't get these networks on our coast of Canada!!!!!!!!

I haven't watched the clip you posted yet but I agree 100% about the pervesion of the Gospel that is the "Prosperity Message" taught by some.
You probably ran across the same "Christian" TV network I did when in NC two or three years ago. They were having a telethon and the guy trying to pull in the money was an exUPC guy who was the biggest embarressment to me. I was so red in the face and angry after watching for a few minutes it took me forever to get to sleep that night in my hotel room.
He was pushing the prosperity message and appealing to poor folks on Social Security and welfare to "plant a seed" to see it returned a bazillion fold or whatever. Even had prefilmed "commercials" showing some poor elderly black woman sending in her check and how she was blessed with a car or something. It literally made me sick to my stomach.

I am half expecting some of these networks to hire Willy Mays (of OxyClean and numerous infomercials) or Anthony Sulivan to be used. "And thats not all! DOUBLE your gift in the next 30 minutes and God will QUADRUPLE your blessings! - S/H not included."

I have seen many disgusting things in the name of the Lord but nothing like what I saw that night. I honestly would not have been surprised if lightning had not taken this man to his maker right then and there.
How a man can get to the point where they are comfortable doing what he was doing is just beyond me.
