He has said that about numerous issues and he is right. One was the music. He said, "If the Holy Ghost is moving and ministering during a particular song - don't change it - sing it for 45 minutes if you have to."
I hate when musicians pump the music faster when they see people responding like that is going to help. I've seen people lose their place/concentration/thoughts, during prayer, over that.

This was at the "singles" conference in Visalia, Ca Fri and Sat.
On another note there wasn't as many people there as before, other times the pews were packed and the folding chairs in the aisles were full too, this year the aisle seats were empty and there was lots of space in the pews. I wonder if some of the Fresno pullouts didn't allow thier people to go, oh well, thier loss cause it was a great Holy Ghost time. One of the little kid's from my church recieved the Holy Ghost in the kid's service, and we had a message in tongues in the main svc Sat nite.
Gotta get ready for church now, before I lag too much. Bro Garza is ministering here tonite.

I'm totally going off topic and commenting on the truly funny part of this post. Notice the "" around singles.
I don't know when this conference was really a "singles" conference, but in my opinion, it hasn't been a "singles" conference in many, many years. Just their yearly church conference.
Carry on!

My cousin has gone to that conference for years and said it is always great and he has never seen anyone from Fresno there.
Stoneking's DVD of his testimony was given to a television station and they decided to air it. He didn't even know it had been aired until someone told him. Are you trying to make something out of that? I think it was orchestrated by God to get his miraculous testimony to thousands of people.
Your post seems like a back-hand slap. A bunch of negative talk and then say it was great. If it was such a "great Holy Ghost time," just tell us that and don't stir the pot.

There was not one negative thing in my post, at least I didn't intend it that way. I been going thtere for years and it was not as packed as it was before. And I dont give a hoot about who's on TV, in fact LS is one of my favorite preachers. You probably see negative in every little post, Mr. analyzer. Well, maybe my Fresno comment was a bit off, so I apologize about that.

This is true...even the one in SD is kinda like that, though they have a lot of stuff for singles specifically most of the church attendees during LS preaching are not singles there for the singles conf....they are all there to hear LS

SD hasn't been a singles conf. for years and they haven't called their conference by that title for years. they changed it to "winter camp meeting"
