I am not here to debate what he said, except for the fact that WH only has a daughter... If he had a son he might not have made the statement.. As far as how they felt, you would have to ask them... I am sure they didn't feel real good...

I think what he intended to say was that if you are a preacher and you have a son who is not in the ministry, he probably has a waiste..

Many who became ministers whose daddy had never been ministers have become pastors of churches with no help from daddy and left them a mess and a wasteland.
What is your point and assertion, Nathan, that men are fallible even if their dad is a minister?

Everyone makes mistakes. The trick is to make mistakes when nobody is looking. Preacher's kids can make this an art! I know!
