I agree to a point.
Yet, sugar in a bottle of Coke compared to the honey on my honeycomb? I believe there is a big difference.
Yet, to each his own.

Slight difference. Honey is an added sugar, but has a lower GI count.
It is not the same as getting sugar from fruit (not fruit juice), which helps absorb the sugar more slowly due to the fiber and nutrients.

Local honey is better because it helps with locally caused allergy resistance. Plus there are other health benefits to honey.
You know, fruits are literally only available naturally at certain seasons of the year. Most cannot be stored over to the next harvest without modern canning or preserving methods. Kind of like God intended us to eat fruit only every so often, not every day of the year.
Most Americans could do with less sugar/carbs in their diet anyway.

The better question is, what's more disgusting? Raw eggs are definitely more disgusting (and potentially more likely to make you sick, too).

Technically, Coke (unless you get the Mexican Coca-Cola) doesn't have sugar, it has corn syrup. It has "sugars" (i.e. a form of sugary content), but not sugar per se. At least not as we typically associate sugar (e.g. cane sugar).
Maybe I'm just splitting hairs, but that's how I distinguish it.

You're probably right.

More disgusting? Disgusting is all predicating on how you were raised. Frog legs, fish eggs, eel, and bloody rare steak is disgusting to some, while others love them. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder? As taste is in the taste buds of the taster? When I was young, going through the chicken coups with my mother and father, they would occasionally throw their head back and crack a fresh egg in their mouths. When I was a young teen my dad had me blend up 32 eggs, and drink them down. Everyone gasped at the Rocky movie when Sylvester Stallone downed a blender filled with raw eggs. But that wasn't an invention of Mr. Stallone, it was made popular in fitness circles by a trainer by the name of Vince Gironda. Also I have been eating like this since I've been a youngster, and salmonella is from factory mass producing hens, where the bacteria thrives.
