You said it... how many other folks going thru troubles in their marriage will now be able to say their divorce was "Santified" by God.. it will make things much worse...
again the blind will lead the blind.. but that's entertainment for you...
I just don't think it is fair for God's name to be put into it. The truth is they BOTH failed and they should admit it. If I remember right, it has been alluded that the divorce is Randy's fault. IF Randy cheated, Paula was at fault too, she should have kept herself near her husband instead of being so concerned about herself and her ministry. God doesn't give married people ministry and expect them to go their separate ways. I better hush or I could really get going. JMHO -- I hope that they both get their lives together.
lol.... God is sooo GOOD! Paula caught me off guard when she asked me" What is your immediate need at New Destiny?" I really want to pay the house off so we can move forward with property to build the campus that will have housing for 1000 children, a school, a church and a training center.
God really is soooo GOOD!! My father loved Africa , I know he is soo happy
Didn't your father love holiness, and the United Pentecostal Chruch?

As a rule, I have tried to distance myself from getting involved in any controversy; however, when I read your question, I was shocked that you would mention Sandra's father on a thread to serve no other purpose than to take a swipe at her.
Where was your sense of humanity when you asked this of her? You were speaking of her departed father and to a woman who just lost her mother this year. Shameful!

LOL. That would be the last place to take Paula if you wanted to get something spiritual accomplished.
So are you saying Sister Rhoni that Paula White doesn't need the Holy Ghost and water baptism in Jesus name? Wouldn't you think it good for her to get washed in the blood of the Lamb? There will be many Apostolic Pentecostals there to help her pray through.

When was your last visit? By your statement you're telling me that 99% (since you mentioned one or two preachers who made be as you say "good") of the conference is un-godly, or bad? Maybe those words are extreme and I should just say that you feel that a General gathering of a large number of Apostolic Pentecostal is not your idea of a move of God?
So, let me get this straight, we have a woman (Paula White) who has plastic surgery, (including her husband) makes more money than O.J. Simpson, and is getting a divorce, and you don't think that a group of shouting and pew running Holy Ghost filled saints of God can help this woman's soul get saved?

Sister Rhoni, do you really think that Paula White would be on the Conference floor during the voting? That wouldn't happen, but she would have a great opportunity to be baptized with the Holy Ghost and go through the waterway in Jesus name.

How about we take her to where you fellowship?

I asked a question? You have escalated it, sorry to disappoint you. The man was a holiness preacher and in the United Pentecostal? True or false?
Is that not a fact? You tell me.

EB, while I understand your question I think sometimes our insensitivity overpowers our scrupples. Just because a certain point may be justified in your mind does not mean it has to be stated, if it can be hurtful.
Remember, Conviction is always accompanied by compassion while condemnation is always accompanied by contention.

The question you posed above apparently upset Sandra who remains to be a sister in Christ. I didn't escalate the question, but only read her response she posted on post # 283 and was able to draw my own conclusion that she was upset.
I checked back on this thread in hopes that you would have also seen the offense that was perpetrated by your post; however, what I found to be written was nothing of the sort.
I would be very hesitant to remotely confess that I knew her father any better than his own daughter. If there were ever issues with her following the calling that God placed on her life to have brought her to the ministry she was involved in today, I would feel confident that it would have been addressed between the two of them and it would be none of my business!
I hope that you would step back for a minute and think of Sandra as your sister. Perhaps, once you were able to view her as your sister, you would come to the realization that you wouldn't want someone to hurt her by using her father's memory as a weapon against her.
Good day...
