Misrepresentation? What in the world are you reading from your article?

You would think a guy whose coattails at the top of the ballot are in question would want to make an emphatic point in interviews about how urgent it is for the GOP to hang onto Congress. “The wall doesn’t have a prayer of being built,” he could say to his fans, “unless you’re voting Republican in every race this November.” Which is true. There’s no way a Democratic Senate (or House) would go along with Trump’s most politically incorrect proposals, at least not without major concessions. Pushing his voters hard to elect Republicans down-ballot would also earn Trump lots of goodwill from a party establishment that’s still skittish about him. It’d be a terrific unity gesture. Instead he sounds almost indifferent.

There’s a fourth theory, I guess: If #NeverTrumpers are right that Trump has always been more interested in winning the election than in governing afterward, it’d make sense that he wouldn’t feel strongly about who controls Congress. He’ll still be president either way. And with no Republican majority in the Senate dragging him to the right, he wouldn’t feel as much pressure to pass the sort of very conservative program that obviously doesn’t appeal to him.
NONE of the theories in your article are palatable. He's a con man.

Re: Unbound: The Conscience of a Republican Delega

Conscience Clause was shut down by first delegate in opposition. No standing vote was allowed and no final vote to see who supported or opposed it.

Total power move.

What if Reagan won that battle and won the nomination in 76?
No republican beats the democrat in that election.

then what do we get in 80? we get a squish like ford. at best.

so im good with how history worked out.

and I am not willing to change the rules of the road right now.

Trump won.

The only way republicans lose this election is by dumping Trump.
if we do that then Hillary appoints 3 SCOTUS... and maybe 4.
Scalia replaced by a Prog
Kennedy replaced by a Prog
Ginsburg replaced by a Prog
possibly
Thomas replaced by a Prog

im not willing to do that to America.
Excellent

Instead he'd nominate a dead fish and pretend it was the best ever.
You must be blind and deaf. Hillary is about to hemorrhage once the attack ads begin and the debates are conducted. She's the most horrible candidate ever. She's been exposed as a lying, corrupt, crooked politico who has the charisma of a snail. She will lose easily.

Notice the bolded part. Apparently, Ozero hasn't been able to get anything done because the GOP Crusaders for Freedom have stood against him valiantly every step of the way.

Talk about tin foil. More like kool aid.

When Trump could care less if the Republicans control the Senate? He'd rather be a "free agent"? What are we exactly doing to America? Following an arrogant Con Man. Good luck with that.
