The "hijacked" baloney is.....baloney. It's a conversation that takes many turns. Every conversation does. There isn't a single lengthy thread that doesn't take many twists and turns. However, if you're already saying, "Uncle", fine.

It's not a simple "Yes" or "No". There are so many genres of Eternal Security that have a wide range of beliefs. There is a group that says that if you're saved, you can do anything you like the rest of your life and you're still saved. I think that's ridiculous. There's another group that says if you're saved and then go back into a life of sin, that you weren't really saved to start with. I think that's wrong as well.
Then there's the group how I described my belief (the right one, of course ). Some would call my beliefs Eternal Security. I'll tell you this, though, I don't think one's belief in Eternal Security is a salvation dealbreaker.

Let me tell you something.....if the Southern Baptist Convention were talking about doing this, can you imagine what the pentecostal reaction would be? Just think about that.

Trinitarians have been doing it for years. The Unitarians have..whats the problem as long as it holds up to scholarly criticism?

Love is a quality of His Divine nature. Whether there is someone around or not, He is still God unchanged.

Trinitarians have NOT been translating a bible for the purpose of upholding, supporting, and propagating their version of the trinity. To believe that is to become a whacked out conspiracy theorist, that for centuries they've conspired to stick to those oneness people.
The Unitarians? Well, if you wanna be grouped with them, have at it.
