Odds are they never found out that he was with the Campaign for Liberty. The background check just showed that there weren't any warrants for his arrest and that he wasn't a suspect in any crime through LEADS (Law Enforcement Agencies Data System). So they were advised to let him go. Most likely they could care less about his politics and had no clue as to what he was a part of politically. If I were the FBI officer I would have told them, "He's clean. Let him go. Good job."

No. The compulsive deeds in aircraft searches don't stop terrorists. Actually the mid level terrorist has so many options and is up against some screeners that interfere little with some creativity. As long as screeners think 4,000 dollars will blow up a plane, they won't be challenged.

If you want to remain a free citizen then you drive. I would most certainly end up in an altercation as I have a low tolerance for being handled like cattle and being spoken to as if I am a donkey. I am one of the calmer people you will ever meet. Very laid back and easy to get along with. But I just could not tolerate the nonsense that these people go through to fly.

But... that will end soon as well.

So you are saying they are rather ignorant? on the tape he refers to a lot of unsold Campaign for Liberty literature stickers and Ron Paul bumper stickers materials.

The next line is your are going to have to prove why you have that much money. There is no such law.
