Well, we are having a discussion about pastors and saints, and you made the statement that if a pastor becomes too close to a saint, all sorts of deviance could occur, and you indicate that 50% percent of the posts on the forum have to do with saints who were abused, I assume, by pastors.

My impression was that you think a lot of saints are "trashing" pastors on this forum.

So, my question is - is it ok for pastors to complain about being abused by other pastors?

Yes, but he also separated Himself from the crowds and even some of the disciples on several occasions.

Nope, just Praxeas.

And I don't think it's okay to trash anybody.

Oh, ok.

Thanks for the clarification.

So, in your perception, how do half of the posts on this forum deal with "abusiveness"?

Abuse by whom, and against whom?

Now I can go to work and talk to my coworker who knows him because her children took his physics class.

Apostolic is defined on AFF as:

  1. There is One God. This one God reveals Himself distinctly as Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
  2. The Son is God himself in a human form or "God manifested in the flesh" (1Tim 3:16)
  3. Every sinner must repent of their sins.
  4. That Jesus name baptism is the only biblical mode of water baptism.
  5. That the Holy Ghost is for today and is received by faith with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
  6. The saint will go on to strive to live a holy life, pleasing to God.

Plenty, but definitely not all of them are trashing pastors, if any.

They have disagreements with the organization, but so do many of us.

I'm tired of the "oooh, everyone on AFF is trashing pastors" refrain.

I've seen pastors on this forum call other pastors "liars", as recently as yesterday! But, I don't hear the same public outcry when its a pastor doing it as when a saint supposedly does it.
