You might want to study that scripture out.

i have i really cant get you to comment on these things so and when you do you dodge 99% of it .so moving on
again for our viewers
also God gave a commandment to go fourth and multiply
God blessed them and said to them, "Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air and over every living creature that moves on the ground."
Genesis 1:28. so again is God commanding them to sin by having babies, and is God creating sin himself while he formes the babies in the womb of the mother?
the answer of course is No

You make no sense and have been avoiding all questions since day one.

i went into detail explaining your verses, i showed you the meaning behind them, and again you have not answered any of my questions that i have presented to you. expecially the ones about what sins have a baby committed.
so since im not gona get a reply from you dealing with that i have stopped addressing you, so i have decided to address the viewing audience.
I dont make since to you, and no i certainly have not avoided the questions, infact you have shrugged me off, and since i cant get a clear answer from you. i just decided not to deal with you straightly, but instead turn to the other readers on the forum to show them that your in error.

Babies are sinless, yes? Jesus came for the sinners, yes?
You said babies are born with a sin nature but technically are sinless above in your post, yes?
Here's the simple question.
Do babies profit from Jesus' coming while they're in an infancy (sinless) stage?
|
Okay, I think I see where you're going with this one. lol
Perhaps babies don't profit from Christ's work on the cross with relation to personal sin.... but they certainly benefit from His love and grace. They also benefit from His Lordship. Even sinners who are sinning their life away benefit from Christ's blessing and power... they enjoy air and sunshine like the rest of us. That sort of thing.
So was that where you are going with this? lol

When has the baby fallen out of Gods grace.
Adam and eve fell out of God's grace and into judgment when they sinned,
NOW when has a baby committed sin in order to be under the judgment of God?
If God formed the child and put the breathe of Life into it why would he several months later condem the baby to hell just because it didnt servive the first few months of its life.
again were did the baby go wrong and sin?
These are simple question that Jacobbs ladder cannot answer.
Sin is the breaking of the Law. again what Sin is the Child on trial for.
One must question what motive or how they belive that condeming babies to hell shows Gods love to his creation.
|
The think the confusion here stems from our struggle to understand what it means to be born with a "sin nature" and "sin" itself.
Do babies have a "sin nature"? Yes.
Have babies "sinned"? No.

Re: Are Infants Really Born Sinless?
Let's say that my great great grandfather, Sr. Aquila, was in a duel to the death with Mr. Bill over a beautiful young lady who became my great great grandmother. Did I benefit in any way from Sr. Aquila's actions?

How can we relate the two?
Yes, you would profit from your murderer great great grandfather . You were given birth because of him.
Because of Jesus' death, I, once a sinner, profit from his crucifixion because I was a sinner.
But understanding the viewpoint of you people, babies are born sinless. So they only profit from the crucifixion after they become a sinner, yes?

In Christ, federal headship was assumed, placing Christ Lord over all creation including babies.
Now... babies haven't committed sin yet, so they die in a state of personal innocence. Now, once their sinful nature begins to be manifest through their individual acts of sin... they will then have to seek Christ as Savior.
