Light - have you looked at his background. He was elected to a representative office in a majority Democratic district, he was re-elected several times.
He is trying to drag Wisconsin into fiscal responsibility.
Also, where is the state constitution violation.
Also, the sending of hoodlums into the crowd was brought up by the imposter who set up the call.

There is a budget problem but trying to take away certain collective bargaining rights isn't going to address it when you still let them bargain for more pay... unless there is something more to the picture than we are seeing... and you should want to know what that is before you blindly throw your support at the governor.

The democrats and unions have given every thing this guy asked for except collective bargaining.
He is not about balancing the budget, he is about busting unions.
He got more that he expected though. He woke a sleeping giant. 60 % of americans polled according to FOX are against the Gov.
The WI. constitution says the capital will aways be open to the people, this man is breaking the law by closing it.
The protesters are peaceful and it is burning this guys backside.

Light, according to Democratic Underground, here is what the constitution says:

Article I, §4 - ANNOT.
The legislature cannot prohibit an individual from entering the capitol or its grounds. 59 Atty. Gen. 8.

I don't see anywhere in there that public access is guaranteed.
What I do read is that the legislature cannot prohibit a "specific" individual from entering the capitol or its grounds.
Also, the building has also always been closed during non-business hours.
Is this against the constitution?
