Chosenbyone needs our prayers, whether he is lying or not, sinning or not. Those that are hurting, sick, and/or dieing need our prayers and His touch.
Compassion should be the rule of the day, even for those that are reaping what they have sown. Let us speak the truth in love so that all will see Jesus. Speaking the truth in love does not excuse nor condone sin, but seeks to bring a sinner to repentance. Let the sinner repent and let God judge the hearts of men.
GRAND SLAM out of the park.
Final Score:
RevDWW = 4 (grand slam)
Newman = 1 (solo-shot)
J-Roc wins the bet against CS....pay up, CS there is a winner after all!
I fear for those who think they can peek into men's hearts and discern where they stand today .... there is a word for that ..... hmmm ......
His own words posted elsewhere show his heart. We don't have to peek into it....his own words are there for all to read.....if they want to see the truth.

We don't know CBOs stance today as compared to his comment made last November...and if his stance is still the same today, he recognizes that his stance is a hindrance and that the real need as he sees it is for godly ministers to take the role that gay ministers are assuming, for godly ministers are the ones that can bring the gospel w/o hindrance.
That is the crux of the matter...the main thing is about reaching out to those dying with AIDS...but so many here want to make this revolve around CBO. Obviously, if he asking godly ministers to step in, he knows they will not be promoting a gay message to the dying folks...if he really cared that a gay message be spread to these dying folks, he would not be calling out our attention to remember these folks and reach out to them. His underlying desire here appears to be reaching this group and he attempted several times to remove the focus from himself.
CBO said "There would be no need for those gay “ministers” to be involved if more of God’s people would step up and listen to the heart of Jesus and minister to those people."

Excellent post. I share Newman, Coonskinner, and mizpeh's concerns about the author of this thread but in the midst of that concern I don't want to lose sight of what you have so eloquently stated.

CBO said "There would be no need for those gay “ministers” to be involved if more of God’s people would step up and listen to the heart of Jesus and minister to those people."
1. CBO could have ended the speculation from his very first post by acknowledging that a monagomous homosexual relationship is sin.
2. CBO could have made his appeal for others to minister to those with AIDS without bringing himself into the picture.
3. CBO implied in his first post that he was stigmatized by the church because of having AIDS (which is very different from not being accepted because one is an unrepentant homosexual who is proclaiming a right relationship with God).
4. While he expressed concern for the eternal life of those with AIDS; he nevertheless doesn't appear to believe that a mognagomous homosexual relationship will keep one outside the pearly gates.
And that is DANGEROUS and should be dealt with openly not on the sly.

It's one thing to post about ministering to a certain group of people. When one posts a story about how he relates to that group, it becomes a search for validation.
You claim he's tried to remove the focus from himself. Did you even read his opening post on this thread? It was all about him. Read the thread title. Nothing to do with ministering to AIDS victims. It's all about 'I'.

Would we have really ???? if he had not brought himself into the picture???
Seems to me he posted a video that morning and no one replied to it for hours .....
Chosen wanted to deceive us about what he believed while claiming to have a relationship with God. A most deadly combination for an unsuspecting poster who might have sought to talk to him about a struggle they were having.
Jesus was much more critical of those claiming religion than those claiming none.
Paul made it very clear that there was to be a SEPARATION from a fornicator who claimed brotherhood status. (And for the record; claiming a relationship with God is akin to claiming to be a brother).
9 I wrote unto you in an epistle not to company with fornicators: 10 Yet not altogether with the fornicators of this world, or with the covetous, or extortioners, or with idolaters; for then must ye needs go out of the world. 11 But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat (1 Cor 5:10-11).
I understand what you are saying, I am not suggesting keeping company with evil doers. Keeping company and ministering to folks is two different things.
