When I came of age in the AD there wasn't any requirement that a new minister believe the "Water and Spirit" doctrine. The manual was the benchmark for belief, and it didn't/doesn't require adherence to the W&S view.

By the way - this is old news - the Cdn dollar hit par with the US dollar way back in January!!
