I love anything Thai as long as it's not too hot. I LOVE green curry!!!

Yeah, me too. Everytime I go I think I'm ordering what I ordered the last visit.. but apparently I'm not. I don't understand their language... Paw Pad Kai.. and weird stuff like that

I'm good to my promises.. but I am slooooow in fulfilling them. lol. Like, it took me 2 yrs to visit the church after I told the pastors son "see you next Sunday."

I'd be interested in some good recipes for Thai food. My friend is from Thailand. Well, actually, she was born and raised in the Phillipines. She and her husband were missionaries in Thailand for almost 20 years. During that time they had 5 children. Then he decided to move the family here to our area. He got them all settled in, then took a job driving truck cross country and said to her as he was getting ready to leave, "Oh by the way, I've decided I don't love you anymore. I want a divorce." OUCH!!!

I'm sure she could give me some great recipes. But I would enjoy surprising her with something at our next church fellowship dinner. So I can't ask her or it wouldn't be a surprise.
