Rothchild does not mean Child of Wrath. Where did you learn that from?
Meaning & History
Means "red shield, sign" from the German
rot "red" and the German or Yiddish
s(c)hild "sign, shield". The surname originally came from a family who took their name from a house with a red shield or sign on it. It has since been adopted by unrelated Jews.

See the problem? I don't buy these "vast conspiracy theories" that are about a rich Jewish family. I think that is far too easy to invent and perpetuate among people who are easily manipulated. These same people believe everything they see on facebook.
It feeds into people's hatred of Jews and the rich.

They openly finance both sides of any war you could name in the modern era. They publicly--as in the newspapers of the day--threatened Lincoln, when he refused to rescind Greenbacks. They killed Kennedy after he threatened to "Reveal the cabal," and printed United states Notes.

Oh yes...right. So you don't follow conspiracy theories eh? Look, Ive listened and followed conspiracy nuts that perpetuate that stuff. I used to be into it. But then I realized that a lot of stuff was just someone saying X is true. Anyone in American can say X is true without proving it.
I discovered a lot of them just quote each other. I discovered a lot of theories mix the true and known with the untrue and unknown so that people who are mentally minded to believe stuff like this will also believe the lies because they come mixed with the truth.
You say it was the Rothchilds. Some other conspiracy guy says it was the CIA or the MOB or the Cubans blah blah blah.
All you are doing is regurgitating typical conspiracy slogans.

The sad part is, it is way worse than most people would believe. I have come to regard it as just business as usual. The world will remain like this until believers start passing the premise test; it's as simple as that.

Nothing can convince you otherwise.

Personally, i do my best to choose "Get out of the world," and supercede them all. But don't let me kid you, it is a lonely road. I just assume that the truth is prolly much worse than the worst conspiracy theory going on a matter--satan has us totally whipped in the 'evil' dept.

there is a lot of assumptions going on
As far as banks "funding" wars.
The Rothchilds are a family who had branches in many places. Banks give loans.
Think about this. Britain KNEW Mayer was helping them financially during the Napoleanic wars. Surely if he was also helping France THEY would know and that information would come out and the whole world would know...not just a handful of conspiracy buffs.
Further Britains would stop doing business by and large and he could be tried with treason.
And they are Jewish. God forgive a Jew has an opinion on zionism..but that is hardly a conspiracy
It's actually common knowledge, as was the fact that not EVERY Rothchild agreed with Zionism.
If I was super rich and supported a cause, I'd give money too. That's not a conspiracy
The US gives money to both Israel and Palestine.
Here is an interesting quote from Wiki
"Baron Edmond James de Rothschild, youngest son of James Jacob de Rothschild, was a patron of the first settlement in Palestine at Rishon-LeZion, and bought from Ottoman landlords parts of the land which now makes up present-day Israel. In 1924, he established the Palestine Jewish Colonization Association (PICA), which acquired more than 125,000 acres (50,586 ha) of land and set up business ventures.[40] In Tel Aviv, there is a road, Rothschild Boulevard, named after him as well as various localities throughout Israel which he assisted in founding including Metulla, Zikhron Ya'akov, Rishon Lezion, and Rosh Pina. A park in Boulogne-Billancourt, Paris, the
Parc Edmond de Rothschild (Edmond de Rothschild Park), is also named after its founder."
He BOUGHT that land from the Ottomans.
A little history might be necessary
That area belonged to Israel. Before that it belonged to various tribes of semitic, non-Israeli people. The Israelites marched in and took it
That has been going on since the dawn of creation. So all that time other tribes attacked Israel. They took land and Israel took it back
Fast forward. Big mean neighbors attack Israel. Take it's people away and move it's own people INTO the region.
A handful are left still in Israel to tend to the fields.
Big mean neighbor falls to another power. Israel is restored yet to a lessor glory of it's former self
This goes on and on. Finally they are occupied by Rome. Eventually Titus comes in and wipes out a ton of Jews in Jerusalem and destroys temple.
Jews are scattered once again and the area is called by Rome "Palestine"
Rome over extends itself and it's power is weakened so a new power comes in. The Muslims. The Muslims take Jerusalem and every other middle eastern nation. They force Islam and Arab language and culture on everyone
Story about Muhammed being taken up into the heavens where the DOR is at so they build a shrine. Ironically ISIS, the Islamic militant movement in Iraq, would destroy DOM if given the chance
Eventually the Ottoman empire becomes the regional power. It's their land according to them.
Power wanes of course and Egypt is in control of certain areas, Jordan of others and Syria of yet still others
And the cycle continues.
But here we have an interesting fact, if true, that much of that land belonged to Ottomans and a Jew paid money for it.
He didn't take it. It's his.
And this
"Interviewed by
Haaretz in 2010,
Baron Benjamin Rothschild, a Swiss-based member of the banking family, said that he supported the
peace process: "I understand that it is a complicated business, mainly because of the fanatics and extremists – and I am talking about both sides. I think you have fanatics in Israel... In general I am not in contact with politicians. I spoke once with
Netanyahu. I met once with an Israeli finance minister, but the less I mingle with politicians the better I feel." On the subject of religious identity, he stated that he held an open-minded attitude: "We do business with all kinds of countries, including Arab countries... My oldest daughter's boyfriend is a Saudi. He is a great guy and if she will want to marry him, she can"
Does that sound like a vast Rothchild conspiracy? Not to me. Fact is mixed with fiction. Class bias towards the rich fuels the fantasy.
Maybe there was class envy in the surrounding Arab conquered nations towards the Jews prosperity and the money donated.
