Just go back and apologize for apologizing you couldn't please them no matter what you said. I don't think they have enough between their ears to know what an apology is since they probably never made one in their life this is foreign to them so you have confused their limited thinking.

okay man, here is the scoop. Op said something that some deemed offensive. He apologized... That wasn't good enough... They want blood... He apologized again and now they want a law suit.
