I understand Pastors and such have different responsibilites that those in the pew but all Christians are a royal preisthood of believers and all of those borned of God have equal access to The Lord.
The fivefold ministry is to help perfect the saints for their ministry,a division between clergy and laity in unbiblical we all are called to the ministry of reconciliation.

Pastors being too close to laity can lead to all sorts of deviance.
