1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
The spoken word was with God.
Not, God was with Himself.

14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
God used His word in the beginning to make everything(which is God because it proceeds from God's being).
God then made Jesus with the same word.

It does not say "God made Jesus with the same Word." It says "the Word was made flesh." HUGE difference.
Also, since Jesus is compared to Adam, where does the Bible say God "SPOKE" Adam into existence?

Error always tries to get by with removing one single word that makes a huge difference. God told Adam he should sure die. Satan added the word NOT, to say he would NOT surely die.
Similarly, John said the Word was made flesh, and error removes the word "was" and says the Word made flesh.

Your adding to scripture is what’s complicated.
It says “the Word was made flesh.” That is not complicated read or understand.
