I am sure someone would propose a rule: "No 'slide show' may operate at more then 2 frames per second lest our eyes perceive it as VIDEO!!!!"
I was thinking along those lines, too. Except 2 fps is probably too fast. More like 2 seconds per frame. Oh, and no two shots in a row of the same subject. Otherwise, it might look like a really slow video.
I hope the Summit can iron out these important details, without too much bickering!
