I mostly use olive oil, I had the canola only to use as a spray with my air fryer with high heat. But now the canola oil is in the trash.

Re: Meal prepping for the week

I am using grape seed oil for right now and I would consider duck fat but that stuff is about 20 dollars a pint. I will just quit using mayonnaise before I spend that much. I don’t know the process to make and preserve grape seed oil but the Mayo is delicious.

1 egg
3/4 cup grape seed oil
1tablespoon of white wine vinegar
1teaspoon mustard
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of onion powder
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika ( or smoked paprika if like a little heat)
1/4 teaspoon honey for a little bit of sweetness

Very good but the oil makes up much of the taste so it is important to have a oil that is healthy and that you enjoy the taste.

Re: Meal prepping for the week

Five days into eating a meat breakfast, fruit and dairy lunch, and vegetable supper and I feel like my waist has shrank. Probably not from fat loss, but some of the bloating is reduced . I also started on a 3 meal (approximately 30hr) fast. I know we fast for spiritual reasons, but I think it is good for the body as well.

They are trying to put the clotshot in cow and chicken feed. Supposedly pork already has it.

I can't find any hard evidence for this, but will welcome anyone coming forward to supply me with it. Most of the farms and ranches I know haven't heard of anything. But I was told that major suppliers for supermarkets are doing it for all livestock. Including fisheries? Bad news all the way around if these things are facts.

Supposedly they were trying to do it in I think it was Missouri, and a lot of ranchers got upset over it and demanded some kind of public hearing or something. This was a month or two ago?

"When researching this subject, I found it very clear that no company is yet offering mRNA animal vaccines on the open market. First of all, no one drug company has laid claim to be the first to produce it, or put methodologies in place that would allow for mass production. Second, I found many articles (some very recent) stating that the grant process is still ongoing. In other words, animal pharmaceutical production companies are just now getting money to explore the new technology for all classes of livestock."

- from https://www.alderspring.com/organic-...-mrna-vaccine/

"Pharmaceutical companies are developing vaccines for livestock that work using the same technology as the COVID-19 vaccine.

Vaccines are a sensitive topic for many, and though none of these livestock vaccines have been approved for use in the U.S., some lawmakers are introducing legislation to label meats that come from animals that have received these vaccines.

A molecular biologist said these laws are unnecessary and misleading, because the vaccines can't get into the food supply.

Lawmakers in Arizona, Idaho, and Missouri have introduced legislation related to the use of mRNA vaccines in food. The Arizona bill only restricts labeling such food as organic. The Idaho bill amends state law to prohibit the sale of such foods unless conspicuously labeled that the presence of the vaccine is in the food.

The Missouri bill requires a conspicuous "Gene Therapy Product" label. "

About the pork:

"Current mRNA vaccines being used in swine are injected into the muscle, Folta explains, which causes the development of the immune response protein to then stimulate the body to work against the virus. "
- from https://www.porkbusiness.com/news/ed...-you-need-know

"Combat current and future swine diseases with SEQUIVITY from Merck Animal Health. A revolutionary swine vaccine platform, SEQUIVITY harnesses RNA particle technology to create customized prescription vaccines against strains of influenza A virus in swine, porcine circovirus (PCV), rotavirus and beyond. "

"Pork supply chain invests $6.5 million in novel vaccine platform

Genvax Technologies, a startup dedicated to bringing advances in self-amplifying mRNA vaccine production to animal health, has secured $6.5 million in series seed funding."
