My response had less to do with defending him than it had to do with responding to how ridiculous people can be over a simple question being asked.

For the record:

Doctors know more than just about medicine.

Lawyers more than just about law.

Mechanics know about more than just vehicles (or whatever they work on).

Pastors know about more than just spiritual matters.

They all know about practical matters that are associated with their businesses.

You think the thread is so stupid and it is all so childish that you just cannot help but participate and be part of it, it seems...

I knew who was honest and not honest by discernment. Having the truth doesn't make you an honest or dishonest person. Someone having the truth can be dishonest, which is the truth.
