Bingo! I found my answer. I hate tea and I hate the smell of it. It just about gags me! I LOVE cinnamon and thought I would like this, but there was something about it that just repulsed me and now I'm sure that is what it is.

Nah, it's cold enough in my office I'm running my heater. It would take alot for me to break into a sweat right now!
