I understand why you say that, w respect to most people. My response to you wants to be, GOOD —- FROM ZION!, but I won’t say that since that one belongs to you. My wife runs a tight ship in the kitchen. We don’t eat fast food, except for maybe a chick fillet at a biblequiz competition. We commonly pack bring our lunches. We eat Whole Foods, you may be anti fruit, but we eat all kinds of fruit in moderation. Bananas, apples, strawberries, blueberries, oranges, my wife is a healthy eating fitness lifestyle nut, my kids don’t eat trash food and snack on potatoe chips or eat candy or candy bars or drink sodas or any fruit juices for that matter. Their drinks are most water w a powder propel mix, or tea with Stevia added. We use almond milk for our milk(although I have no idea why, that’s my wife’s thing), we have garden vegetables all the time, from frozen bags of vegetables, (3 refrigerators w freezers to store chicken, deer meat, grass only butchered steers annually and all our frozen veggies etc) she makes a large pan of keesh for me to eat on throughout the week every week, we don’t fry ANYTHING in oil, our spring caught crappie is air fried. No runny type of processed cheese, only hard cheese. What little bread we eat is multi grain, the kids snack option are healthy grain bars, or whole fruit, not tater chips. Wife makes cauliflower mashed potatoes instead of potatoes. We do have ice cream sometimes, but my wife always makes healthy keto friendly desserts w no sugar, (stevia). She is ate up with a low carb diet,(no pasta anything) so that’s what our family eats. I know you like bacon, but around my house the only thing we ever get is turkey bacon, because my wife doesn’t do pork anything.

We go on hikes all the time, my kids have even done kids triathlons, they play/compete basketball, soccer, and volleyball with our homeschool teams , my wife has organized a 5K run at our church right now as a fundraiser,(I’m running it) we have a weight gym with a couple treadmills in the house, to which get used daily.
We are active.(need improvement though). (And more importantly let us all be filled to the rim with the Holy Ghost, or all this other is in vain)

Regarding immunization, my kids I believe have not had any immunization except for one, whooping cough (I think that’s all) because we are close to a Mennonite community. We are not pro vaccine or pro immunization, especially since a friend of ours vaccinated one of their children years ago that we believe caused Down syndrome.

I said all that to say this, when I say we eat healthy, I’m pretty confident that we do in fact eat pretty healthy.

I want my 13 year old son to be able to eat lots of eggs like the rest of us.
I just don’t know how to make that happen. Getting other opinions like you mentioned is probably step one.

Stevia is highly processed, your almond milk is highly processed. If you ever take the time to sit down and go through all the ingredients of food you eat you would find additives that will make you sick. Well balanced diet is from the United States government, and the Seventh Day Adventists who influenced the government towards more plant based diets. Again, highly processed seed milks and plant based sweeteners are highly processed. Try lowering your carb intakes. Also think about this? How many fruits and vegetables would be on your table if you had them seasonally? You have a garden, do you go out and buy those plants that aren't sprouting in your garden? I know I know, you are all healthy, but need to get shots for immunization? Check your carb intake, and take the fat from all those meat vittles in your freezer and cook with that. Get unpasteurized milk cheese and butter from the Amish (if there are Mennonites, there are Amish) they usually have unpasteurized cow, and goat milk. Try lowering your carbs.

Re: Meal prepping for the week

Analysis of oxalate content in various plant-based milk products discovered the highest oxalate content (68 mg/100 mL) in homemade almond milk, followed by almond yogurt (16.2 mg/100 mL), other almond milks (5.6 to 14.5 mg/100 mL), soy milks and yogurt (1.7 to 3.3 mg/100 mL), and rice milks (<0.8 mg/100 mL). Initial 24-hour urine collection tests showed elevated urinary oxalate in all three children. Oxalate levels returned to normal with discontinuation of the almond products. All other urinary metabolites were normal. The urinary symptoms resolved when almond milk was discontinued and vigorous hydration was provided.

Re: Meal prepping for the week

Processed stevia is made with a dangerous chemical refining process hidden from the public and deceptively marketed as “natural”. Manufacturers run into the problem that stevia leaves are extraordinarily resilient. The stevia cell walls are so tough that they resist the usual methods of boiling or centrifuging. Producers aim to to extract the active sweet compound, stevioside, and remove the funny aftertaste. In order to concentrate stevia to 300X concentration, toxic chemicals and artificial chemical enzymes are used, such as methanol, kerosene, alcohol, chlorine, ash, acids, titanium dioxide, arsenic, preservatives, chemical stabilizers, and emulsifiers.

Might as well just eat Dixie Crystals
