I also believe that there is empowerment and protection that comes from obedience to the Reymah Word.
By the way in regards to this magic hair doctrine permeating the church a couple of years ago Foreverblessed gave an anecodtal account of two teenage girls in her church at the time who were living like the devil but suddenly started letting their hair grow. When she inquired about it they told her they now had uncut hair so they could get power / angels.

It is just an anecdotal account but one from a reliable source and someone who at one time had bought into RR's doctrine 100%. Perhaps if she sees this she can relate the incident better.

"We did not wear uniforms. The lady workers dressed in the current fashions of the day, ...silks...satins...jewels or whatever they happened to possess. They were very smartly turned out, so that they made an impressive appearance on the streets where a large part of our work was conducted in the early years.

Nothing was ever said about apparel, for everyone was so taken up with the Lord that mode of dress seemingly never occurred to any of us."

It doesn't say uncut hair anywhere. It doesn't cover anything when it is piled in a bun

Power with angels? he hee hee
Long hair [not uncut] is a sign of a woman's submission to authority, as angles are under submission to God...not that there are angelic powers attached to the hair...

There are many people who believe Acts 2:38 who are not "Apostolic". But I do agree with you that those who don't believe will be lost.

Let's see... if they do not believe in Jesus and His scriptures (including Acts 2:38) they will be lost.

Ok I can go with that.

Or did you not only mean believe the message of Acts 2:38, but also, believe and practice it exactly as you and I do??
