I don't personally know Bishop1, other than from this forum. I certainly would hope that he is trustworthy.

I do wish he would tell us just exactly how he knows that people were paid to be baptized, since he brought it up.

While I appreciate your confidence in the man, anyone can place confidence in the wrong person. I have known people for years, that have let me down after I trusted them. It wouldn't look good on anyone to be deceived. Just because someone makes accusations, doesn't make it true.
