Yes, many things in the manual are plain. Just to point this out...the manual also states that UPC folks are not supposed to bear arms in war. Unfortunately things are ignored or swept under the rug sometimes. But, I will admit that in UPC culture, that TV is less acceptable than bearing arms in war.

I do not know of any preacher taking up the cause of war that I have ever read about. Your point is lost here.

My point is that just because it is in the manual doesn't necessarily mean anything. BUt it should.
