As if you are an expert on any women's hair.......LOL!

Is there a reason you possibly consider yourself some sort of spokesman for women's issues? Most of your posts are on women issue threads.

Just wondering....seems kinda strange.
Yeah, well, I'm married to a black woman, so I would say I know about black women's hair, not to mention the fact that I am Puerto Rican and have dealt with my own afro since I was ten, and three of my children have hair just like their mother's. How many black women have you lived with, and helped to take care of their hair, to even think you know the first thing about a black woman's hair and what a black apostolic woman goes through in dealing with church standards? Have you dealt with a black woman who was told not to cut her hair, and that she couldn't use straighteners in it either, leaving her to deal with really long kinky hair? I doubt it. Been there, done that, bought the t-shirt, framed it, hung it on the wall, and finally took it down. How many children have you had that were born with naturally kinky hair they never got cut until 3 years ago? I have two daughters I have dealt with that issue on. How many of your kinky, long haired children got lice you had to deal with that wouldn't go away for over a year, because of all the problems getting a lice comb through their kinky hair? Don't talk to me about what you know about black people's hair, cause you don't know a thing about it.

  1. There is One God. This one God reveals Himself distinctly as Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
  2. The Son is God himself in a human form or "God manifested in the flesh" (1Tim 3:16)
  3. Every sinner must repent of their sins.
  4. That Jesus name baptism is the only biblical mode of water baptism.
  5. That the Holy Ghost is for today and is received by faith with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
  6. The saint will go on to strive to live a holy life, pleasing to God.

Hey, H1 and Rico, I appreciate both of you as posters......I just posted a thread with Quotes About Conflict. .....Really, check it out. I was thinking about how I could be in conflict with someone right now and justifiably consider myself the victor. However, I looked up some Quotes on Conflict and that (along with quoting some Bible verses) helped to settle me.

I mean, you say I had to respond....but YOU had to respond yourself with the "it's simply tea tree oil"...I don't get how you telling me that is not starting an argument but me posting more info on it is? And then you posting a like and telling me "try again" is not you looking for an argument but me posting a link with other information is? lol

BTW what I was saying is tea tree is NOT really what it was always called because it's "tea"...we've misapplied the word till today it's commonly called Tea Tree oil when in fact the tree itself has nothing to do with tea.

Yes I agree it's called Tea Tree Oil, My point was that was a later misapplication of what it was called and why and many have come to the erroneous conclusion that it's for tea....when I said that you said "try again"...lol...

I guess I should read between the lines "Only Rico and Dan (sorry but you stuck your big head into this too) are allowed to have an opinion and express it here...all others are just looking for an argument"
Alright! That done it! Say what you want, but don't be comparing me to Dan! Dem be fightin words!

Also, what part of "I was merely pointing out that melalueca is just tea tree oil" did you not understand? I didn't post it to contradict you in any way. I know some people that got involved with this melalueca business. That's how I found out this miracle product was just tea tree oil. Just because you knew it was tea treel oil doesn't mean everybody knew it. Good grief! What am I gonna do witcha, Bro?????

That's what I was thinking. Is it OK to say that, or have I contradicted you in any way?

Man, this is fun! Sorry to have double hijacked this thread though. I know how important slamming this teaching is to some of y'all, and I want you to know I am in 100% agreement with you that it's wrong and needs to stop, sooner than later.

They used their loincloths? Got some support for that supposition?

Is assumption all you are good at? Try finding the post where these claims are made by me then we can talk honestly, but since they don't exist, take your speculation elsewhere.

As if I have to go through what you go through to be an expert on anything........please.......

I'll be posting my pic with my three black sisters in a couple weeks. I also have hispanic sisters here also.

This isn't about black women's hair, nor did I make any such statement. I'm speaking about white women having pics posted in the manner seen in this thread. Seems that you still aren't reading too well.

My comment about 'white man's doctrine' said nothing about black people. I don't care what color people are, but the fact is, this doctrine isn't promoted in black, hispanic, or purple-polka dotted people's churches....just in the white churches. That was my point and the only point I've ever been making when that statement was typed by me.

If you have proof to otherwise, show it. If not, don't tell me what I'm talking about when you have no clue, only assumption and speculation.

Rico can't get over my calling him on his inconsistencies where he preaches hell to those who celebrate Christmas because of pagan origins but thinks it's ok for him to put candles on birthday cake...also a pagan origin.

When I called him on it, he got very upset and has refused to speak civilly to me ever since.

He gets hot over that subject....LOL!
