I haven't read it in a long time but it really impressed me as an allegory for the political climate of today.
My favorite quote was when the animals painted the sign on the barn that said
"All animals are created equal".
And then later the pigs added to it "But some animals are more equal than others".
I may not have it exactly right, but I thought that was hilarious . . . And so true to human nature.
