As experts in ministry to and colleagues of the pastor of the "Church of the UN" or whatever they call themselves I would guess you folks would know that. Dunno why someone would "wait for clearance" for something that everyone else can do UNLESS they are using this imaginary clearance as an excuse for covering something shady. LOL
