Heb 8:13 In that he saith, A new covenant, he hath made the first old. Now that which decayeth and waxeth old is ready to vanish away.

The old testament system, the physical, was going to totally end in 70 AD. It still existed for a generation, but the system was on it's way out. The physical Temple and the Physical City was going to be destroyed.

The dispensationalists are like the Pharisees of the Gospels. They can only see the physical. They are like Nicodemus, not understanding that the New Birth was spiritual. He could only think physical, kinda like you.

The Lord Jesus does have a people, He calls them his children.

There is a nation of Israel today but it is a Spiritual Nation, a Holy People.

Rom 2:28 For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh:
Rom 2:29 But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.

The difference is that the Israel of God today, the people of God, are now born not of fleshly parents but of the Spirit of God.



These verses INCLUDE us(the church) in the promise to future Millennial Israel of Jeremiah 31, Monterrey!

They do not replace them with us.(the church)

Hebrews 8:8 For finding fault with them, he saith, Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah:

9 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt; because they continued not in my covenant, and I regarded them not, saith the Lord.

10 For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people:

11 And they shall not teach every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest.

12 For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more.



For the church...
Hebrews 10:15 Whereof the Holy Ghost also is a witness to us: for after that he had said before,

16 This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them;

17 And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more.

To seal the deal between the church and future Israel, all that needs to happen is the return of Jesus Christ to Israel and complete His promise to them, by filling all of them with His Spirit, making them ONE with the church.

Then, these "partial" gifts of 1 Cor. 13 will cease and we will ALL see Jesus, face to face....

I said that God came to destroy a reprobate system. You assumed I meant the Law. I did not mean the law but was speaking of the physical system. The LAW remained in effect but now it was written on tablets of the heart and not tablets of stone.

The system that was in place when Jesus came was reprobate. It was to be cast away. It was a system that they called the "Tradition of the elders" but actually had origins in Babylon.

That is why Jesus and John spoke so harshly against the Pharisees and Sadducees, they were reprobate. But to the earnest Jew then Jesus was very patient with. They were the ones that came into the fulness, into the Church, into the true Israel of God.

Jesus called the earnest Jew the Lost Sheep. He gave them a way to be saved, any and all. They just had to obey Acts 2:38 and be born again into the True Israel of God as Children of Jesus.

Okay, with that said....The Law will be REPLACED by this.....

The law did not pass away but was fulfilled in the Church, the Body of Christ, the Bride of Christ, the Israel of God.....

When anybody takes advantage of the new birth then they are born into this wonderful body and now are a part of the Israel of God.

Hey bro., I believe what you said as underlined.

The Law is still in effect, and is ONLY fulfilled to the Born Again Saint.(not sinner)


Remember this though, ANYONE that is born again since Acts 2 is Gods' church....especially FUTURE Israel, when God fills all of them with the Holy Ghost and writes His laws in their hearts.
