i found out also that an “apostolic forum” website cuts and pastes alot of false information about people and twiggeds it electronically so that is appears true, they are a bunch of backsliders and weak christians that go on that cite. Do not mingle with those backsliders, i warn anyone to stay away…..they are people who are out to fabricate lies against people, pastors, ministers, saints, my pastor informed me stay away from that filth…….

At first, I thought I wasn't in the know, but I think it's him that's not.
I'm assuming this is some kind of southern boy with an extremely thick accent that likes to sound out his words to spell them instead of looking it up online in an online dictionary. That's free. And easy to use.
And I'm assuming he meant 'tweaked'.
But I could be wrong.
