I know you're asking rhetorically, but I do understand what "remission" means, and even if I don't completely agree with the consensus (that it is different from "forgiveness"), Danny's still got a problem on his hands. Because Acts 2:38 then states that one cannot be forgiven without repentance and Jesus-name baptism. I look forward to his reply. I'm sure he'll come up with something.........well, something.
