my friend, the reason American Jobs are moving over seas is precisely because our government currently penalizes US companies for NOT moving over seas.
If it was that drastic, then all American companies would be trying to leave. The issue here, I think, is that the companies who have been moving have found it cheaper to train and hire others than it is to train and hire their own countrymen. They have made their "god" their profits and are selling out their country in the process. Shame on them!
America has the second highest corporate tax rate of all nations. THAT is a HUGE penalty for doing business as an American company.

IMHO, the lawsuits are just a very small part of the larger issue, which is money (profits). Call center companies are USUALLY not the subjects of class action and/or frivolous lawsuits. Maybe you should tap the Judicial Branch on their shoulders and explain to them that this is all THEIR fault for allowing the stupid lawsuits to go trial in the first place. Tort reform is needed, but protection for the consumer and fair wages for the workers must be paramount.

Not one branch controls the purse strings. Without the Executive and the Legislative Branches compromising, there isn't a budget. The Legislative Branch can override Executive vetos, but there haven't been enough of one party to do that, as of late.

Presidents submit budgets, the House writes it (for the most part) because each representative sits closest to the people. It is the design of the republic.
As for companies that are greedy.... well my friend, these companies are in business to make money for thier investors (if you have a 401K that means you). They are REQUIRED to maximize profits or the get the hatchet.

The custom has always been that the prayer would be private. No one was to see it. Why would he think someone would go against tradition and reveal a private prayer? I honestly believe this act was sincere and he had no idea it would be leaked to the public.

As far as I know Obama hasn't killed any babies. People voted for Bush because of his religious reliefs on abortion. Sadly Bush has done nothing to change it. Actually, I haven't heard Bush mention it. McCain is for killing them after they are born by sending them to useless wars without causes. Obama is for some good like helping the poor and needy. McCain is for the rich and wealthy. If you are voting or not voting because of their religious or lack of religious beliefs, you can't vote for either. They are politicians.
